Judy & Mark are performing on a concert that features many guitarists performing different styles and genres.
Join the 10th Anniversary celebration of Robert Messore’s Fabulous Guitar Night, featuring several of the artists who were there for the first couple of Fabulous Guitar Nights as well as a variety of new favorites the program has discovered through the years. Eleven of CT's best guitar-centric acts (a total of 20 performers including accompanists!) will perform at this year’s concert. Every 15 minutes there's something new and exciting happening: folk to jazz, Latin to bluegrass, world music to styles that are harder to name but easy for you to enjoy! The show includes 3 ½ hours of music (and excellent refreshments).
This year's concert includes performances by:
Ron Anthony (Blues), George Baker & Tony Dioguardi (R&B), Dan Bonis & Rick Gedney (Lap Steel), Eric Elias & Fran Ieracci (Jazz), Judy Handler & Mark Levesque (World Music), Robert Messore (Celtic), Paul Neri (Latin), Prester John (Modern Primitive), Jonny Rodgers (Art Songs), Betsy Rome, Dan Carlucci & Korey Brodskey (Bluegrass), and Nancy Tucker (Whimsical Fingerstyle)
Producer, Robert Messore, commented: “The show is loads of fun and it always attracts an enthusiastic crowd. You'll also be able to pick up on the enthusiasm of the performers who are excited to hear each other play: everyone on the bill is outstanding in a different way”.
There are no reserved seats; tickets are sold at the door – get there when doors open at 7:00 P.M. to make sure you get a seat! In addition to the suggested donation of $15 for admission, bring one new or gently used item of winter clothing for charity (Loaves and Fishes ministry in New Haven).
